Our return & exchange policy is designed to be simple and customer-friendly, giving you peace of mind when shopping with us. We will send all books flat and secure. We will not issue REFUNDS, but we will let you exchange your product if it was damaged somehow in shipping. In case of rare books (i.e. with limited signatures), we will make the best decision possible to get the customer the right product that they ordered.
